What is our returns policy for Spirit of the Andes?

You can return items to us for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 90 days, unused, in its original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. Any items you receive damaged must be notified by email or telephone within 7 working days of receipt.

We offer a free returns service using Royal Mail, for customers in the UK who have purchased online or by telephone order. Our overseas customers are responsible for the cost of the return to us.

 

How do I return an item?

Please follow the simple instructions that we sent with your delivery. We provide a pre-paid, sticky label printed with our address. This needs to be applied to your package and then taken to your nearest Post Office for a 48 hour tracked service. If you have any queries regarding returns please call us on 01908 991069.

Where do I return my items?

Please ensure you include the order number and your name, address and telephone number inside the parcel otherwise your replacement or refund will be delayed.

When do I get a refund once I have returned an item?

When we have received the items back into our warehouse, refunds will be credited back to you using the same method by which you originally paid.
