Frequently Asked Questions / Term & Conditions
Postage, Packing and Insurance. The delivery rate, no matter how large your order, is currently £2.50 for UK delivery, £7 for delivery in Europe and £12 to the rest of the World which contributes to the costs and packing, postage and insurance. This is applied once to your original order and will not be charged again should you wish to exchange an item
Delivery. Delivery to UK destinations is made using Royal Mail First Class postal service, Europe and the rest of the World are sent Air Mail. All deliveries are subject to the terms & conditions set out by the Royal Mail. Once despatched, UK parcels will normally be delivered within 1-2 working days, destinations outside the UK will vary. Please visit the Royal Mail website for further information.
Email Confirmation. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly since this is the address to which we will send your confirmation email and any other correspondence relating to your order. You will also be added to our private mailing list to receive promotional emails and offers. Your details will not be sold or shared with any third parties and will only be used by Spirit of the Andes. You can unsubscribe from this service at anytime but clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any promotional email.
Offer References. If you have a promotional offer reference then please enter this into the 'Offer Reference' box during the ordering process. Without the offer reference we will not be able to apply any discounts so please make sure you enter this when placing your order. You will receive an automated email confirming your order. The email will not show any discounts or reductions but will confirm that the offer reference has been entered and received by printing it under the Billing Address. The offer will then be applied to your order at the point that payment is taken (just prior to its despatch) and will clearly be shown on your invoice. If you have entered an offer reference but it does not appear on your email confirmation please contact us so that we can check your order.
Despatch. Orders are despatched once all items on your order are available (unless requested otherwise). Normally this will be the same or next day, however occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock in our warehouse. This may result in a slight delay in despatching your order whilst the items are sourced from our Shops.
Payment. Payment by credit or debit card is not taken when you place your order but is taken at the point of despatch. Cheque payments will be cleared before goods are despatched.
Refunds & Exchanges. With your order you will receive a pre-paid label to return any items for exchange or refund. We will not charge you postage again on any exchanged items. We can accept returns up to 28 days for the date of purchase, please include your original invoice with any returned items and obtain a certificate of posting when returning any items.
Special Requirements. If you have any special requirements regarding despatch, delivery, packing or any other aspect of your order, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet those needs where possible. Please call 0800 073 93 63 to speak to our friendly staff who are available Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm, Sat 10am – 5pm.
All items are subject to availability. Stock availability is updated regularly. Items, sizes and colour options will be shown as sold out, or removed from the website, once stock has been completely sold out from both our warehouse and our Shops.
Disclaimer. Whilst every effort is made to ensure all information on this site is accurate, including price, sizing information and item descriptions, occasionally information may appear which is incorrect. Owing to this, Spirit of the Andes reserves the right to amend this information and/or withdraw items from sale without notice.
